How do I find my friends on Clucks?

There are three ways to find your friends on Clucks, but the easiest way is to sign in with your Facebook account and let the Social Network do the work for you. You can also find your friends by their Clucks username, their email address, or connect with them through Apple’s Game Center.

What about my personal information on Facebook?

It’ll stay just that, personal. We promise not to share any of your personal info with ANYONE and we definitely won’t post anything on your timeline without your permission. We pinkie swear.

Can people who I’m playing Clucks with post videos of me?

Yes, but you can turn Sharing off under Settings so they can’t share the video without your permission.

Clucks sounds sweet! How do you play?

It’s easy, here’s how:

1. Connect your Facebook account or sign in with your email address and create a Clucks username.

2. Invite a friend, distant relative, classmate, or frenemy to play using Facebook, their Clucks username, email address or through Apple’s Game Center.

3. Give each other clues to a word without saying the actual word or a few related words.

4. You get 5 Clucks when they correctly guess the word and lose 5 Clucks when they don’t get the right word (boo!).

5. Want bonus Clucks? What am I saying, of course you do! You can earn extra Clucks during Super rounds (every 5th round) and by sharing your videos with your friends and family on Facebook and Viddy.

What are Clucks and why should I collect them?

Clucks are sweet, little, gold manifestations of your awesomeness. And you do want to be awesome, don’t you?

I need help with a word!

So you’re supposed to describe Teddy Roosevelt but can’t say “President” or “Rough Riders”. That’s a tricky one. If you don’t think you’re up to the task, you can tap “Get a new word” to get a different word. But before you go tapping that button to find the easiest word, just know that it’s going to cost you 5 Clucks (Oh snap!)! On the flip side, if you’re having trouble guessing a word and want help, you can tap “Hint” to improve your chances of guessing the word, but it’s also going to cost you 5 Clucks.

What does it mean to share my video to the Barnyard?

The Barnyard is a great place to hone your Clucks guessing skills by watching videos of other people describe words. You know those fine people who helped you become the Clucks legend that you are today? They shared their videos to the Barnyard. You can pay it forward, and become a Clucks celebrity in the process, by sharing your videos to the Barnyard and help all the Clucks newbies out there learn how to play the game. (Tip: Your video will be seen by complete strangers so make sure you comb your hair first!)

Why don't I see the video that I shared to the Barnyard?

Thanks for sharing your video! We review all videos before posting them to the Barnyard, so it may take a few days before you see your video in all its Clucks glory. We just want to make sure all the visitors to the Barnyard have good, CLEAN fun! ;-)

Help! I’m having an issue with the Clucks app!

If Clucks is acting a bit wonky, the best way to fix it is to log out of the app and then log back in. If that doesn’t do the trick, delete the app and reinstall it. Clucks still acting like a funky chicken? Let us know through the feedback button under Settings and we’ll get it straightened out.
